HOW YOU CAN HELP
General Fund
Thanks to the generous donations from the general fund, every camper fee is lowered by $240 annually. Donations here allow the camp to maintain and upgrade its facilities and programs.
The goal for 2024 is to raise $370,000 towards this fund.
Sponsorship Fund
Imadene wants every child to attend Camp, regardless of their financial situation. Please help parents send their children to camp.
Our desire is to award $30,000 in sponsorships in 2024.

2024 Projects
SPORTS COURT AND STAGE - $53,000
This project was an integral part of our Waterfront Expansion Plan, approved in 2012, which has seen completion in every aspect except the sports court and a permanent stage.
The Sports Court, designed for basketball, ball hockey, pickleball, events, outdoor banquets, large gatherings, and occasional chapel services, will be a key
component of our camp's infrastructure.
We welcome your support in building a permanent stage and completing the long-awaited sports court.
SKID STEER - $45,000

A reliable Skid Steer has proven to be a crucial asset for our maintenance and operation teams. Its ability to accommodate various attachments is indispensable, providing unparalleled versatility for our operations.
The camp's current Skid Steer has served its useful life and needs to be replaced.
Update: A generous supporter of the camp learned about this essential equipment requirement and made a one-time donation. With this contribution, we were able to acquire a lightly used John Deere Skid Steer, boasting only 500 hours of use. It has quickly become a valuable asset for our maintenance team. Grateful thanks!
4 REPLACEMENT CABENTS - $15,500
New Design
The two recently redesigned cabents were well-received by our campers. Consequently, we have decided to replace all four older-style canvas cabents with this updated design.
These rustic yet cozy cabins blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, providing a comfortable haven for campers to create lasting memories.
UPGRADES TO THE INFLATABLE SWIM PARK - $15,000
With increasing camper demand and the desire for enhanced water experiences, there's a pressing need for additional water inflatables to elevate the overall enjoyment and engagement during swim times.
ADDITIONAL LASER TAG EQUIPMENT - $12,000
As the laser tag gains immense popularity among campers, the demand for more equipment has become evident. Acquiring additional laser tag gear is essential to meet the growing enthusiasm for this thrilling activity. It ensures that more campers can actively participate, enhancing the overall experience and fostering a sense of camaraderie among them.
CAMP SHOPS - $5,500
Raise the outside grade for level walk in
The tuck shop and camp store were built a few years ago and are awaiting the installation of retaining walls. Upon completion, we'll be able to elevate the ground level, providing campers and guests with easy, stair-free access directly into the buildings.
EXPANDED PARKING LOT AND SERVICE ROAD - $3000
Expanding the registration parking lot aims to accommodate all cars during drop-off and pick-up, preventing vehicles from parking near camper activities. The addition of a new service road ensures a safer route for maintenance vehicles, keeping them away from camper areas and activities.
AXE THROWING RANGE - $1500
Axe throwing has become mainstream for summer camps and the general public. We have done this activity for Wildside and our Women’s Outdoor Adventure weekends in the past, but without a designated range. A permanent structure will ensure the safety of the participants and spectators.
Using wood milled from the camp property, this project will need little financial resources.
WELCOME ARCH - $1500
We can't wait for campers to arrive, and this archway will provide a welcoming transition between the parking lot and the start of the campers adventure.
