Chris has served over 27 years in full-time Christian camping and is passionate about seeing children, teens, and adults come to know Jesus Christ. He lives in the Cowichan Valley with his wife and two children. Growing up, Chris attended Camp Imadene as a camper and served as a volunteer summer staff.
Assistant Director

Lisa has been an integral part of the staff team since 2014. Her family lives in the Cowichan Valley. Lisa wants everyone, including campers, staff, and volunteers, to feel welcomed and valued. She embodies the principle that at “Imadene, we are family.”
Guest Services

David has grown up coming to Camp Imadene as a camper and served on our summer staff team in 2023.
Office Manager

Joyce has been involved at Camp for years in many roles, including being a weekly director of teen girls' camp and a past board member. Her primary role is assisting with bookkeeping but also contributes on housekeeping.
Interim Program Director

Carson is passionate about camp ministry and has grown up attending Imadene as a camper and volunteer. Since 2020 Carson has served on the summer staff team as our videographer and program support.
Operations Manager

Chris joined our staff team last year and has quickly proven to be a valuable asset to this ministry. Chris spent most of his life working in the pulp and paper industry and recently retired from being the Crofton Pulp Mill Store Manager. He has four grown children and lives in Duncan with his wife. Chris is actively involved in other ministries as a Sunday school teacher and sits on the board of One Life.
Director of Spiritual Development

After 34 years in ministry as a pastor, Tom recently joined the team. He brings years of experience sharing the gospel and is excited to see young people develop and grow in their faith. When Tom is not doing his primary responsibilities, he works alongside our operations manager doing maintenance. He has three grown daughters and lives in the Cowichan Valley, with his wife Joyce.

Byron has a long history with Camp, attending Imadene at Maple Bay as a child. He is passionate about serving the Lord and is excited to provide our campers and guests with quality food.
