Staff Team

Chris has served over 27 years in full-time Christian camping and is passionate about seeing children, teens, and adults come to know Jesus Christ.  He lives in the Cowichan Valley with his wife and two children.  Growing up, Chris attended Camp Imadene as a camper and served as a volunteer summer staff.

Lisa has been an integral part of the staff team since 2014. Her family lives in the Cowichan Valley. She wants everyone, including campers, staff, and volunteers, to feel welcomed and valued. She embodies the principle that at “Imadene, we are family.”

Joyce has been involved at Camp for years in many roles, including being a weekly director of teen girls' camp and a past board member.  Her primary role is assisting with bookkeeping and other office duties.

Charlie and his wife, Neno, recently joined us after three years serving in camping ministry on the island. They moved to Canada in 2023 and bring with them a deep passion to serve others and the Lord through camping ministry.

Byron has a long history with Camp, attending Imadene at Maple Bay as a child.  He is passionate about serving the Lord and is excited to provide our campers and guests with quality food.

Abi has been attending Camp Imadene since she was a camper. Her history with camp runs long, and her love for it runs deep. Abi works alongside Byron to provide delicious meals for our campers and guest groups.
