All prices are listed in Canadian Currency. GST will be added on top of the listed prices.

 

Registration for Camps

 

Registration for Camp is subject to the availability of space for that camp. Campers may register for only one week-long camp, excluding family camps. Campers may go on a waitlist for a second weeklong camp, and if the space is available, the camper will be notified.

Grade

 

The grade is determined by the one your child has just finished or will finish before the camping session.

 

Deposit

 

Children, Teens, and WOA Camps will require a $100 deposit. Family Camp will require a $150 deposit. These deposits will be refundable until April 31 if you register before January 31. If you register after this date, your deposit will become non-refundable.

Cancellations/Refunds

 

If you want to cancel or change your registration, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event your child is unable to attend camp, the registration fee will be refunded as per the following:

Summer Weeks: For cancellations more than 4 weeks before camp, all but $100 will be refunded ($150 for Family Camp). For cancellations less than 4 weeks before camp, all but $200 will be refunded ($300 for Family Camp). There is no refund within 4 days (7 days for Family Camp) of the camp start time.

-Transferring fees to another camper is not allowed. No substitutes.
-There is no adjustment of fees if a camper arrives late or leaves early.

 

Weekend Retreats and Day Camps: For cancellations more than two days before camp, all but $25 will be refunded. There is no refund within two days of the camp start time, and there is no adjustment of fees if the camper arrives late or leaves early. No substitutes.

Exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances in consultation with the Executive Director.
