All prices are listed in Canadian Currency. GST will be added on top of the listed prices.

 

Registration for Camps

 

Registration for Camp is subject to the availability of space for that camp. Campers may register for only one overnight camp, excluding family camps. Campers may go on a waitlist for a second overnight camp, and if the space is available, the camper will be notified.

Grade

 

The grade is determined by the one your child has just finished or will finish before the camping session.

 

Deposit

 

Children, Teens, and WOA Camps will require a $100 deposit. Family Camp will require a $150 deposit. These deposits will be refundable until April 30 if you register before January 31. If you register after this date, your deposit will become non-refundable.

Cancellations/Refunds

​

At Camp Imadene, we understand that plans can change. To help manage our resources and provide the best experience for all campers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Deadlines and Fees

More than 30 Days Before Start Date

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund minus:

$100 administrative fee for all Children and Youth Summer Camps.

$150 administrative fee for all Summer Family Camps.

$100 administrative fee for all Adult Camps.

$25 administrative fee for all Children and Youth Retreats.

7 to 30 Days Before Start Date

Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before the camp start date will receive a 60% refund of the fee.

 

Less than 7 Days Before Start Date

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of medical emergency (see below).

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency that prevents the camper from attending camp, a full refund will be provided upon receipt of a doctor’s note. The note must be submitted within one week of the camp start date.

 

Switching Sessions

Campers may switch to a different session within the same camp season, subject to availability, without any additional fees.

No-Shows

Campers who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

 

How to Cancel

To cancel a registration, please contact our office at office@imadene.com. Written notification via email is preferred to ensure timely processing of your cancellation and refund.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request and issued to the original method of payment.

 

Exceptions

Exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances in consultation with the Executive Director.
