Meeting Rooms
Welcome to our diverse selection of meeting rooms, designed to accommodate all your needs. Our cozy café comfortably seats 10- guests and features a fireplace, TV, and ample seating options. Each lodge includes a Lounge Room, while our Lakeview Lounge and Willow Lounge can be customized with tables and chairs to suit your event. For larger gatherings, the Aldergrove Room offers spacious accommodations complete with a sound system and projector, and our Dry Shed can be utilized for various activities during specific seasons.
Lodges
Welcome to Lakeview Lodge and Willow Lodge! At Lakeview Lodge, we offer cozy rooms, each featuring a single bunk bed and a pull-out futon, with shared washrooms conveniently down the hallway. Over at Willow Lodge, you'll find 10 well-appointed rooms: featuring two bunk beds, accommodating three single beds and one double bed, all with ensuite bathrooms for added convenience. Enjoy a comfortable stay with us!
You will have access to our Willow Lounge for any meetings or gatherings, overlooking beautiful Mesachie Lake.




Cabins
Welcome to our cabins! We offer 10 insulated cabins, perfect year-round use, although we recommend visiting between March and October for the best experience. Each cabin features 6 bunk beds and 2 beds, accommodating up to 14 guests comfortably. Convenient washroom facilities are located nearby, either in our Outdoor Washrooms or in the Main Building.

Activities
Experience a world of adventure with a variety of exciting activities! Dive into the fun pickleball, archery, and laser tag. Feel the adrenaline rush on turbo karts, take a refreshing swim, or challenge yourself on our water inflatables. Hike up our mountain for breathtaking views, paddle through calm waters, and engage in wide games—there's something for everyone enjoy!




Food Services
Welcome to our food services! Our Food Services Manager Byron is excited to serve you delicious meals three times a day. Experience a variety of fresh and flavorful options that will satisfy your cravings. Join us for a delightful dining experience!

Schedule
To make your visit to Imadene exceptional, we ask for a copy of your schedule and planned activities. Preparation can take several weeks, as some of our staff and volunteers work part-time and require advance notice. Please provide your schedule as soon as possible. If we do not receive it at least four weeks before your arrival, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your needs.

Numbers
Please provide accurate attendance numbers well in advance. If there are any changes, notify us as soon as possible to confirm if we can accommodate the updated count. Final attendance numbers and payment are required 10 days before your arrival. Refunds will not be given for attendees who are sick or do not show up.

Meals
Our Food Services Manager, Byron, prepares a unique menu for each guest group. We are unable to create custom meals for specific food preferences or unique allergy requirements. We accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian diets, but these details must be provided at least 10 days before your arrival. Individuals with specific food preferences or allergies will have access to a designated storage area for their food; however, our food staff are not permitted to prepare outside food due to health regulations.
Insurance
Proof of insurance must be submitted to the Imadene Office before your event. All guests are required to have liability coverage. Your commercial insurance policy must include: a minimum of $2 million in liability coverage, coverage for all participants, and the specification of “Camp Imadene or the Imadene Society” as an additional insured party.
Guest Group Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy

Reservation Confirmation:
-
A reservation is confirmed when a signed Guest Group Booking Form and a deposit of $500 for overnight groups or $200 for day groups is received.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the arrival date.

Acknowledgement of Mission Statement:
-
Guest Groups must not contravene the Mission Statement, purposes, or beliefs of Camp Imadene. Each completed Guest Group Booking Form must include a signed acknowledgment that the actions of the group will not commit any such contravention.

Minimum Charges:
-
Weekend (2-night) rentals with food services: $8,500
-
Midweek day rentals with no food service: $1,500/day

Midweek day rentals with one food service meal: $1,900/day
-
Midweek 1-night rentals: $5,000
-
Midweek 2-night rentals: $10,000 (each additional night minimum is $5,000)

Weddings: $6,000

Group Size Confirmation:
-
The number of attendees must be confirmed 10 days before arrival. This number represents the minimum to be billed.
-
After the booking, the Guest Group leader must provide an accurate number of persons who attended and will be billed according to this number if it exceeds the previously confirmed number.

Booking Priority:
-
Camp Imadene programs take precedence over rental groups. Therefore, no Guest Group is guaranteed the same booking date for the next calendar year.
-
A reservation can be secured for the same period in the following year if a deposit is paid within 30 days of the last booking.

Double Booking:
-
Camp Imadene reserves the right to double-book its facilities where it is deemed that the activities will not conflict and accommodations are available. Guest Group leaders will be informed at least 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest Group:
-
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will not receive a refund.

Cancellation by Camp Imadene:

Camp Imadene reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or facility issues).
-
A full refund of all payments, including the deposit, will be provided in such cases.

Force Majeure:

In the event of force majeure (e.g., pandemic, government restrictions), cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and efforts will be made to reschedule or provide refunds where possible.

Additional Terms

Liability:

Camp Imadene is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the stay.

Conduct:

All guests are expected to follow the camp’s rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in the booking being terminated without a refund.

Insurance:

Groups must have a valid insurance policy and provide a Certificate of Insurance.

The Certificate of Insurance must be provided to Camp Imadene at least two weeks before arrival.

Minimum liability insurance is between 2 and 3 million, depending on the group size. Please contact the camp office for more information on this requirement. guestservices@imadene.com

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via e-transfer, cheque or other agreed-upon methods.
