Meeting Rooms
We have several options for meeting rooms for your booking. We have a cafe, that would comfortably seat 10-15. There is a cozy fireplace, TV, tables and chairs, as well as couches available for your use.
Each of our lodges has a Lounge Room available for your use, and is included in your lodge rental.
Our Lakeview Lounge can be set up to your specifications with tables, chairs, or used for storage.
Our Willow Lounge has a cozy fireplace, and TV available for your use. Tables and chairs can be set up according to your specifications as well.
Our Willow Lodge has a kitchen available for an extra fee.
Our Aldergrove Room is a spacious meeting room that can be used for church services, larger gatherings, or group activities. There is a sound system, projector, and lots of room to move around.
We have a Dry Shed (gymnasium) which can be available for your use for a large meeting room, church services, or sporting events (pickleball, basketball etc.) This is available only during certain seasons. Please inquire for availability.
Our Canoes and Kayaks are included in your rental, and must be used only during dawn and dusk, and must be used with a buddy. Lifejackets must be worn and safety instructions posted must be followed.
Lodges
Lakeview Lodge has 12 rooms, each with one single bunk bed, and 1 pull out futon. There are shared washrooms down the hallway that include showers. Please see the lodge layout map.
Willow Lodge has 10 rooms. The first 2 rooms have 1 bunk bed, the top as a single bunk, and the lower as a double. The following 8 rooms have 2 bunk beds that include 3 single beds and 1 double bed. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and sink. There are shared washrooms down the hallway which include showers. Please see the lodge layout map.






Cabins
We have 10 cabins, and 6 cabents available for rent. The 10 cabins are insulated and can be used throughout the year, but recommended to be used between March and October. They each have 6 bunk beds, and 2 single beds that can sleep a total of 14 individuals. Washrooms are nearby in either our Outdoor Washroom facility (see map), or in our Main Building.



Schedule
To make your visit to Imadene exceptional, we ask for a copy of your schedule and planned activities. Preparation can take several weeks, as some of our staff and volunteers work part-time and require advance notice. Please provide your schedule as soon as possible. If we do not receive it at least four weeks before your arrival, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your needs.

Numbers
Please provide accurate attendance numbers well in advance. If there are any changes, notify us as soon as possible to confirm if we can accommodate the updated count. Final attendance numbers and payment are required 10 days before your arrival. Refunds will not be given for attendees who are sick or do not show up.

Meals
Our Food Services Manager, Byron, prepares a unique menu for each guest group. We are unable to create custom meals for specific food preferences or unique allergy requirements. We accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian diets, but these details must be provided at least 10 days before your arrival. Individuals with specific food preferences or allergies will have access to a designated storage area for their food; however, our food staff are not permitted to prepare outside food due to health regulations.
Insurance
Proof of insurance must be submitted to the Imadene Office before your event. All guests are required to have liability coverage. Your commercial insurance policy must include: a minimum of $2 million in liability coverage, coverage for all participants, and the specification of “Camp Imadene or the Imadene Society” as an additional insured party.
